Ex-wife and first lady, Fabiola Yáñez, has presented a series of shocking evidence detailing the abuse she claims to have suffered at the hands of Fernández during their marriage. From photographs of her battered body to transcripts of private conversations, Yáñez has publicly exposed the emotional and physical violence she was subjected to during their relationship.
Allegations exposed
In her statement, Yáñez bravely details a pattern of abuse by her ex-husband, describing how he emotionally manipulated and suppressed her, causing her intense pain and suffering. She also revealed moments of physical violence, such as being kicked in the stomach while pregnant and being forced to terminate a first pregnancy. Yanez even revealed that Fernandez used threats of suicide as a manipulation tactic, which shows a disturbing level of psychological and emotional control.
